We are delighted to announce that Sollis has been awarded the ISO 9001:2008 accreditation for its quality management system. ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for the management of businesses and enables us to demonstrate our commitment to service quality and customer satisfaction, as well as continuously improving our systems and processes.
Clarity AIV - Automated Invoice Validation
Sollis has moved to strengthen its product offering to customers with the introduction of a new member to the Clarity commissioning suite.
Clarity.AIV provides automated support for invoice validation/claims management. Fully integrated with Clarity.CMS, the product delivers a comprehensive suite of complex validation routines and reports that shine a light on data quality assurance issues. Clarity.AIV will be unveiled at the next CMS user group, which is taking place on the 19th May. If you want to learn more in advance of the user group, please contact Tim Lavers
Clarity PBC - product roadmap
Over the past few months we have invested significant time in the creation of the product roadmap for Clarity.PBC. This roadmap defines at a summary level the development path (new features) proposed for the product over the coming year. This roadmap has been designed to address the emerging requirements of clinical commissioning and furthermore is focused squarely on the new NHS quality & productivity agenda. We will be formally presenting the roadmap at the next PBC user group on Wednesday 19th May. If you want to learn more in advance of the user group then contact Tim Lavers.
CMS Update
As you are probably now aware, the Payment by Results Guidance 2010/11 and the new Framework Grouper have now been published. The first results can be found in the latest release of the ‘Costed Views for 2010/11’ (which utilises the results from the Road Test Grouper) which is now available from Sollis. Any customers requiring these views and the installation of the Road Test Grouper should contact the Helpdesk.
On another note, we are currently making PbR 10/11 changes to the core of CMS. The version, which is being beta tested this week, will be finished on 1st April and will be ready to be installed from 6th April. The new version will also incorporate some of the latter RFC’s that aim to make the set up and maintenance of SLA’s easier and aims to provide a system that combines functionality with ease of use. We hope that this will make a difference for you all. Any gold service members, please contact us to arrange a date for the installation.
Commissioning Enablement Service
Sollis is part of the Tribal consortium that is partnering with the nine South Central PCTs to use world class information to improve services and efficiency.Tribal will deliver a Commissioning Enablement Service (CES) over the next four years that will enable South Central PCTs to:
- analyse the quality and effectiveness of clinical services across the region
- ensure that patients receive treatment in the best possible setting (e.g. at home, in their communities or in hospital)
- manage contracts and financial systems more effectively across the PCTs by avoiding duplicated effort, and
- understand the health profile of people in the region, predict their future healthcare needs and plan for the resources that might be required.
Sollis’s Clarity.CMS and Clarity.PBC products are at the heart of the Tribal proposition providing support for commissioning, data warehousing and reporting.
Business Intelligence
We continue to invest heavily in our data warehouse and business intelligence (BI) solutions. We have progressed work in the development of our ETL software - Clarity.ETL - and are now looking for pilot sites to work with in order that we might refine the offering in the light of customer feedback. We would like to engage with both PCT and Acute customers. If you are interested in working with us please contact Tim Lavers. |
